Nureva chosen as SETDA Emerging Private Sector Partner

One of nine start-ups selected in U.S. K–12 education technology cohort

Philadelphia, PA --- June 25, 2015 --- Nureva Inc., an early-stage technology company, was one of nine companies selected to join the third annual cohort of the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) Emerging Private Sector Partnership (EPSP) Program. As a member of the program, Nureva will be granted a variety of opportunities to showcase its products and services, receive feedback and advice and engage in meaningful dialogue with state educational technology leaders.

The companies making up the third cohort were selected from a competitive pool of applicants based on their status as an emerging company, capacity to leverage technology to serve a need in PreK–12 or preservice education and their potential to scale on a state-wide and multistate basis. Nureva was invited to join the cohort for its commitment to lifelong learning, as exemplified with Nureva™ Troove™ digital portfolio software, the company’s inaugural product for K–12 students. Troove software provides evidence of student learning with ongoing input from teachers and parents throughout their learning journey.

“We’re thrilled to be selected as a SETDA Emerging Private Sector Partner,” said Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO. “We look forward to receiving feedback and gaining insight from the state members to help guide our product direction as well as the opportunity to stay up-to-date on state and national level policies, emerging trends, education research and best practice.”
