Trademark and brand philosophy at Nureva Inc.

The trademarks and brands are the intellectual property of Nureva Inc. and as such are important and valuable assets of the corporation. Trademarks must be used properly. Follow these guidelines to use the trademarks and brands of Nureva Inc. in all communications, documents and electronic messages.


To whom these guidelines apply

These guidelines apply to staff, customers, dealers, consultants and other third parties of Nureva Inc.


Using the trademarks and logos of Nureva Inc.

You may refer to the products and services of Nureva Inc. by their associated trademarks and service marks, so long as such references (a) are truthful, fair and not misleading, and (b) comply with these guidelines, which may be modified by Nureva Inc. from time to time at the sole discretion of the corporation.

Specifically,

  • Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark attributionof the marks and logos in question
  • Do not incorporate the trademarks or logos of Nureva Inc. into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos or company names
  • Do not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to the marks and logos of Nureva Inc.
