All state Teacher of the Year schools awarded 3-year subscription to Nureva™ Troove™ digital portfolio software
WASHINGTON, DC --- April 29, 2015 --- Nureva Inc., an early-stage technology company, congratulates Shanna Peeples, a high school English teacher from Amarillo, Texas, who has been named the 65th National Teacher of the Year. Peeples, along with 56 2015 State Teacher of the Year winners, is being recognized by President Barack Obama during a special ceremony at the White House today.
Nureva founders, Nancy Knowlton and David Martin, have been supporting the National Teacher of the Year and State Teachers of the Year programs for many years. Their deep commitment to excellence in education and lifelong learning continues by honoring Peeples and the 56 State Teacher of the Year schools with a three-year subscription to Nureva Troove digital portfolio software. Troove software is designed for K–12 students to provide evidence of their learning progress and receive ongoing input from teachers and parents throughout their learning journey.
