How it works

Our breakthrough approach to audio solves the long-standing challenges of mic pickup in dynamic, collaborative spaces. Instead of relying on beamforming or fixed mic arrays, Microphone Mist technology creates a dense grid of virtual mics to capture voices clearly — wall to wall, floor to ceiling. 

Unified coverage map

HDX processes all physical mics — from the bars and pods — together to create a giant microphone array that spans the entire room, reducing mixing and switching artifacts. The system hub automatically detects the locations of all components, resulting in more precise targeting and consistent audio.

Automatic calibration

Change your room — add furniture or adjust orientation — without any need for manual programming. HDX automatically adjusts to what your space needs. This means meetings and classes run smoothly, with fewer support tickets.

Noise suppression AI

HDX intelligently distinguishes between voices and background sounds. It reduces pickup of disruptive room noises such as keyboard typing, rustling paper and chair scrapes — without affecting pickup of voices.

Reach
Adaptive Voice Lift

Subtly amplify voices across large classrooms and meeting spaces so everyone can hear each other, without the use of external microphones.

 

 

How it works   

We isolate the voice, determine its location and then lift it, with no need for PAG/NAG calculators or programming.

With our low-latency audio, the voice is sent to the farthest speakers, making the talker sound like they’re right there.

No one has to shout to be heard, and there’s no need to pass around a handheld mic when someone has a question.

Built-in anti-feedback protection

When microphones hear loudspeakers in a space, they can get into a feedback loop. Our anti-feedback processor automatically stops these loops, allowing voice lift to deliver more gain throughout the space without user intervention.

Prevent dual audio signals by automatically muting virtual mics when the presenter microphone is active, allowing for simultaneous in-room voice amplification and full-room microphone coverage.

Use the controls in the Nureva® App for separate in-room and far-end gain fine-tuning and adjustment to the gate threshold.
