Bigger, broader and still resonating — ISE 2026 in review

ISE continues to resonate as the global gathering place for the AV and IT communities, and this year’s show reinforced just how strong that pull has become. With more than 92,000 attendees from around the world, ISE once again delivered not just scale, but relevance — drawing a truly international audience focused on what’s next for learning and collaboration spaces.
As always, ISE is about much more than what happens during show hours. The conversations, meetings and demos before the doors open and long after they close are just as important. This year’s event felt particularly energizing, with deep engagement across our channel, customers and ecosystem, and with momentum clearly building around where room technology is heading.
Here are some of the highlights from our week in Barcelona.
HDX makes a strong impression — publicly and privately
One of the most talked-about aspects of our presence at ISE was the public and private showings of the Nureva® HDX audio series. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Across higher education and corporate conversations alike, HDX was consistently described as a solution that “just makes sense” — and one that many see becoming a go-to option as they refresh or standardize their spaces.
What stood out most was appreciation for the full suite of audio functionality delivered in a single platform. From advanced microphone coverage and processing to voice lift, voice amplification, Auracast™ broadcast audio and more, both channel members and end users valued HDX having everything they need without complexity or compromise. The message was clear: Organizations want powerful audio that is easy to specify, deploy and manage, and HDX aligns well with those expectations.

Auracast streaming moves from interest to requirement
Auracast broadcast audio continues to gain momentum, particularly in Europe, where it is now appearing in tenders as a must-have rather than a nice-to-have. We had many conversations with customers and consultants who see assistive listening with Auracast streaming as a key enabler of accessibility, inclusion and future-ready design.
Equally important was the growing recognition of how easy Auracast audio has become to adopt and deploy. With multiple vendors now incorporating Auracast streaming into their products — including Nureva with HDX — the ecosystem is maturing quickly. Organizations have confidence that they can implement Auracast audio without locking themselves into proprietary approaches and without adding complexity to their deployments.
The shift we’re seeing is telling: Auracast broadcast audio is no longer viewed as an emerging technology. It’s increasingly seen as practical, achievable and ready for real-world use today.
Sustainability remains front and center
Sustainability continues to be a key requirement — as highlighted in conversations with customers, consultants and channel alike. At ISE, we saw growing interest not just in sustainability claims but in tangible, thoughtful approaches that align with long-term operational goals.
At Nureva, our perspective on sustainability spans both our HDL and HDX product lines. From designing solutions that reduce the need to travel, to supporting longer product life cycles through software-driven innovation and upgrades, we aim to help organizations meet their environmental goals while also simplifying their spaces. Easier installations, long life, uncomplicated deployments and efficient use of resources all play a role — and these themes resonated strongly with attendees who are under increasing pressure to demonstrate responsible technology choices.
Customers continue to broaden their adoption of Nureva
One of the most rewarding parts of ISE is reconnecting with customers who are already using Nureva solutions — and hearing how their deployments continue to expand. This year, we spoke with many organizations that started with a handful of rooms and are now rolling out Nureva audio solutions more broadly across campuses and portfolios globally.
Their input is invaluable. These conversations shape how we think about product evolution, feature priorities and real-world use cases. Just as importantly, their continued support is a critical driver of our growth. Every year at ISE, we meet new converts to our approach, often introduced by peers who have already seen the benefits firsthand. That kind of advocacy speaks volumes.

Simplicity, performance and intelligent design still resonate
Across all these themes — HDX, Auracast audio, sustainability and expanding deployments — there were two common threads: clarity and simplicity. Organizations are clearer than ever about what they need from their room technology products, and they’re looking for solutions that are scalable, accessible and future-ready without adding a burden to IT and AV teams.
ISE 2026 reinforced that Nureva is well aligned with where the market is heading and that our focus on simplicity, performance and intelligent design continues to resonate globally.
