The story of ESPACE 4

The audio challenge
ESPACE 4 often presents projects and products to a remote audience. To support these types of meetings, work began on a multipurpose event space – 13' x 33' (4 x 10 m) – that would enable them to fully showcase their expertise.
Motilde, an experienced audiovisual integrator, worked closely with the ESPACE 4 team to find the right technology products for the space. “The goal wasn’t to support simple sales meetings,” explains Maxime Leblanc of Motilde. “It was to provide an immersive experience for all attendees.” Choosing an audio system that could deliver on this vision was a crucial part of the process.
How Nureva solved it
After an on-site evaluation, Motilde recommended Nureva® audio for the space – based on great feedback from other customers and the integrator’s own use of the products. Traditional audio conferencing systems with wireless microphones and ceiling microphones were considered but rejected.

The room was divided into three areas:
- Fitting and remodeling area with carpenter tools, electrical outlets and a work table
- A reception area to welcome in-person meeting participants with coffee and more
- A presentation space that can be remodeled depending on the client or project
The space includes a Nureva Dual HDL300 audio conferencing system as well as multiple displays, video conferencing cameras, signal management tools and more.
