Want to make the setup and configuration of your pro series systems super quick? Meet the Nureva® App — designed to help you get your rooms up and running even faster so you have time for everything else on your plate. And it comes with your HDL310 and HDL410 systems at no extra cost.
To get started with the Nureva App, there’s no need to download software or create an account. Simply use an Ethernet cable to connect the HDL310 or HDL410 connect module to a computer. Then open a browser and enter 169.254.254.254. Or you can locate the enrollment code and MAC address on the bottom of your connect module, use them to find the system’s IP address and enter it into a browser.
Now you can start exploring what the Nureva App has to offer.
Streamline setup and updates
The Nureva App makes it simple to set up your pro series system. Just click Set up device and you’ll be guided through everything you need to know.
With this device setup tool, you get tips for:
- The best spots to hang the microphone and speaker bar
- How high it should be placed on the wall
- How much clearance should be left below it
The tips in the Nureva App help you avoid installation issues that lead to user complaints down the road. Instead, you get better meetings and classes — and fewer IT tickets.
With the Nureva App, you can also start the initial autocalibration sequence, which takes 45 seconds. You can then update your device with a single click, so you know you have all its latest features.
Customize and optimize
We design all of our audio systems to work out of the box, without the need for fine-tuning or programming. But if you’d like to customize settings or take advantage of advanced features, the Nureva App has everything you need.
Here are some of the options you’ll find:
- Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms recommended settings.
- AI-enabled voice detection that assists automated camera switching by better differentiating between human voices and background sounds.
- Dynamic boost for stronger speaker output in noisier spaces and improved intelligibility of a variety of audio sources.
- Voice Amplification Mode with audience mute to amplify a speaker’s voice when a headset microphone is worn.
- Audio processing settings such as echo reduction, noise reduction and recalibration.
You can also define a static IP address for your system, select the right USB speed, adjust auxiliary ports and more.
It’s all about creating the ideal audio experience for those in the room and those joining remotely. And everything is quick and easy.
Automate camera switching
If you have an HDL410 system, the Nureva App makes it easy to set up automated switching with an INOGENI® CAM230 multi-camera selector and any brand of USB or HDMI cameras.
In the Nureva App, you’ll see a coverage map with a two-dimensional view of the room, showing microphone pickup points in real time. From there, it’s easy to click and drag to set camera zones and pick a camera to use with each. It takes only a few minutes, and you’re ready to go.
During a hybrid class or meeting, our sound location data activates the camera that’s mapped to the zone where someone is speaking. So, if an instructor is lecturing at the front of the room, the camera stays focused there. But when a student asks a question, sound location data tells the INOGENI CAM230 to switch to the camera covering the audience.
You can also use the Nureva App to set up other camera integrations for your HDL310 or HDL410 system. Sound location data will make camera tracking more effective, without annoying delays, jerky pans and the distraction of manual adjustments.
