Trademark and brand guidelines – Symbols and attributions

Nureva privacy policies, trademarks and terms of service

Following are guidelines for the use of trademark symbols and attributions for the trademarks for Nureva Inc.

Trademark symbols

  • In letters, memos, press releases, white papers, advertising, slides, foils, video and other multimedia presentations
    • Properly designate (™ or ®) for all of the trademarks for Nureva Inc. in the most prominent place (usually a headline) and again on the first occurrence in copy
    • In the case of presentation graphics, trademarks should be designated with the proper trademark symbol on each page, slide and foil
  • In newsletters, magazines and publications containing multiple articles
    • Properly designate (™ or ®) for all of the trademarks for Nureva Inc. on the first occurrence in the table of contents, in headlines and on the first occurrence in every article in which they are used
  • In brochures, books, technical documentation and other bound documents
    • Properly designate (™ or ®) for all of the trademarks for Nureva Inc. on the first occurrence in the table of contents, in headlines and on the first occurrence in text
  • In all charts or graphs, properly designate trademarks (™ or ®), as they could be copied or pulled and used independently
  • In all tag lines incorporating a trademark slogan, always use the ™ or ®  symbol in every reference

Trademark attributions

  • Properly footnote and attribute trademark ownership, preferably identifying Nureva Inc. marks as being owned by Nureva Inc., e.g., Span is a trademark of Nureva Inc. in the United States, Canada and other countries.
    • The attribution statement for all our brands is “Nureva, Span, WhisperTek, the Nureva logo and the Span logo are trademarks of Nureva Inc. in the United States, Canada and other countries.”
